When will you ship my order?
Your order is our priority, and we fill and ship daily (Monday through Friday). Stock orders usually ship same day, or at latest the next day. Custom product orders ship as soon as they are ready (piano covers, bench cushions, custom piano benches, and similar fall under custom products). More information on our shipping here.
Wait! So what is a “stock” order?
Stock orders represent the vast majority of our products. 99% of the time if we have it listed on the site for sale, then it is available to ship now—unless there are special circumstances. One example would be orders for specialized, model-specific parts. This may take a few days to actually get shipped as we don’t physically stock every possible part/combination for every specific make/model piano. Another example would be piano covers. Covers are sewn to order, so the lead time would be as few as 4 to 5 days, or as much as 1 to 2 weeks during peak volumes.
When will my order arrive?
We “say” that orders are delivered within 14 days; however, usually our customers are quite surprised to receive their orders in as little as two days after shipment. The average order delivery time across the board for our orders is 6 days. More information on shipping options here.
It’s been a while, and I haven’t received my order. What’s going on?
We ship most order using USPS (US Mail). Since sometimes our packages will not fit in mailboxes, you may find your package somewhere odd since the carrier had to find a secure place to leave it. Check your porch, in between screen doors, side doors, etc. If your tracking number shows “delivered” and you still cannot locate it, please give us a call at (682) 888-0499.
If your order is a custom-made item, like a piano cover or piano bench pad, sometimes these items have a lead time of up to 10 to 14 days before they even ship. This is due to the handmade nature of these items and the current production volume.
