Our retail shop and warehouse is located in North Central Texas. Our piano and music products and accessories are sourced from a variety of suppliers. The vast majority of our product offerings are physically in stock at our Texas facility. We differ from many others with similar product lines in that we DO have a physical location with stock on hand.
We typically ship products from our location in Texas using United States Postal Service (USPS). We are able to offer very reasonable shipping rates by working with the USPS. Larger items such as piano benches, piano covers, piano dollies, as well as custom made products are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fedex.
Some products are shipped directly from the product manufacturer to you. This usually happens when your order contains custom made products (piano covers, bench pads/cushions). It can also occur when your order includes a large, bulky item such as a piano dolly or a piano bench. Also, if your order includes a relatively large quantity of any one particular item, we may have the manufacturer ship directly to you.

Our target is same day shipping Monday through Friday. In most cases, your order will ship out within 24 hours of when you placed it. Sometimes, orders placed late in the day will carry over to the next day for processing. Shipping turnaround will likely be beyond 24 hours if you are ordering a custom product, e.g. a piano bench with custom options, piano bench pads, piano covers (which are sewn when you order), as well as higher-end piano tuning tools and specialty parts. Piano bench pads and cushions, piano covers, and other made-to-order items usually ship within 7 days, but times vary based on current order volume. Remember, someone is physically hand-making your product!
In any case, your order is our priority, and we fill and ship daily.
Expedited Shipping, 2-day Air, and even Next Day Shipping are available during the checkout process. Be aware that when these types of orders (expedited/2nd Day/Next Day) are placed, they do take priority in the shipping queue when compared to orders being shipped through standard shipping. Also, with Next Day shipping, typically, we will need your order no later than 12pm Central Time in order to guarantee that it will ship that same day (Monday through Friday only – Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays are processed Monday). We are unable to ship Saturday and/or Sunday for delivery Monday.
In many cases, we can get Next Day items out even when an order is received later in the day (after 12pm), but in those cases, it is best to phone us direct at (682) 888-0499 to make sure this is the case if you truly need delivery the next day.

Free shipping is offered on all piano benches, piano stools, and piano covers, as well as orders totaling $75 or more. Free shipping applies only to the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii, US Territories, and International Destinations).
If you are ordering from Alaska, Hawaii, a US Territory, or an International Destination, applicable shipping charges should appear during the checkout process. However, if you have any questions, feel free to contact us direct at (682) 888-0499 or write us.
Single items that qualify for free shipping are usually shipped via UPS Ground directly from the manufacturer.

Items shown with the “Quick Ship” icon will ship from our facility same day when your order is placed by 2pm Central Time. Note that your order will ship using the shipping method you choose at checkout. If you need your order to be delivered quickly, please choose one of the expedited shipping options. We, unfortunately, cannot be responsible for actual delivery times when you need it fast but choose “standard” or “free” shipping at checkout.
